String of turtles will thrive in bright indirect sunlight, not enough can stunt the growth and too much direct sunlight can harm the leaves. These succulents require a watering every two to three weeks, if you notice the leaves beginning to shrivel its possible the plant is being under watered. Avoid over watering or leaving your plant sitting in water as it can lead to root rot. Re-potting in the spring every one to two years will help your plants success.
