Sago Palm

Sago palms require bright indirect sunlight, placing them in a south facing window will help this plant thrive. These palms like their soil to mostly dry out in between watering. When watering allow any access water to drain out the bottom, over watering or allowing the plant to sit in access water could lead to root rot. Sago palms are slow growing you will only need to repot every few years, ensure you pot has drainage holes and you choose a light and airy soil to allow any access water to drain out. Adding a slow release fertilizer to your palm two to three times in the spring and summer will help your plant thrive.
